  • Tools like meditation and mindfulness practices allow you to feel & stay in the energy of love. *Meditation places you in LOVE STATE*. When done consistently it builds your ability to stay in LOVE STATE, so that the feeling you have in meditation becomes your consistent daily experience. 

  • A Key Purpose Of Us Being In This Human Life - is to fulfill that part of us that is our spirit self. When our spirit self looks out of our eyes and witnesses itself in a role of contribution, it feels happy & fulfilled.

    When you action love by giving, teaching, helping, supporting, or being of service to those around you, your soul & spirit self get really happy & feel fulfilled.

  • Your Soul has come into this life to contribute, so it wants you to SHINE YOUR SPIRIT LIGHT VERY BRIGHTLY!  When you sit in a state of love beyond any action, it's the ENERGY of LOVE that is communicated.   • Diving Below Your Minds' Surface Deeply: You can dive into love through meditation, and spending time with that love, focusing on it with no distractions, drinking the peace of that love. Slowing your mind down allows you to FIND THE OCEAN OF GOD SOURCE ENERGY. When you do this, God Source begins to connect. In this state your soul is fulfilled. 

    *Being With That Presence of God Source IS A Life Purpose* When you are with that Presence, it nourishes you, changes you, and you become more of that spirit self in this human lifetime. Thereby contributing and giving that God Source and love to others in this life. THAT'S A BEAUTIFUL LIFE PURPOSE!
